Contributed to the delivery of a Class A multifamily community in Chandler, consisting of 291 apartment homes across three four-story garden-style buildings. The project featured modern unit finishes, integrated work-from-home spaces, and a full amenity package including a resort-style pool, clubhouse, fitness center, and coworking areas.

The project was delivered by Wood Partners, with Victor supporting the project management team and contributing to project coordination, budgeting, and overall execution alongside field operations.

Located within a rapidly growing employment corridor, the project required efficient multi-building coordination, site logistics, and schedule management across all phases of construction.
