Contributed to the delivery of a Class A mixed-use multifamily community in the Kierland submarket of North Scottsdale, consisting of 360 apartment homes in a five-story wrap-style configuration with structured parking. The project featured high-end unit finishes, extensive amenity spaces, and multiple interior courtyards. Mill Creek Residential served as the general contractor, with Sage who served as Superintendent, leading day-to-day field operations, subcontractor coordination, and schedule execution, while Victor served as Project Manager, overseeing project planning, budgeting, and client coordination.
