The project included upscale amenities, modern interior finishes, coworking spaces, resort-style pool areas, and lifestyle-focused common spaces designed for the growing Southeast Valley market. Wood Partners served as the developer and general contractor for the project. Tyler Walter served as Senior Project Manager, overseeing project execution, coordination, and delivery throughout construction.
