The project consisted of a high-end tenant improvement for a growing software company, featuring an open office layout, glass-front conference rooms, and integrated AV/technology systems. Oversaw day-to-day field operations, subcontractor coordination, and schedule execution to deliver a high-quality, fast-paced buildout within an active premier office environment.
