Alta Dove Valley is a 380-unit Class A multifamily community located in the rapidly growing North Phoenix corridor near the TSMC semiconductor expansion. Delivered by Wood Partners, the project was developed to meet increasing housing demand driven by major employment and infrastructure growth throughout the area. Tyler Walter served as the Senior Project Manager on the project, overseeing key aspects of project execution including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, procurement strategy, quality control, and overall construction management. In his role, Tyler worked closely with ownership, consultants, and field teams to help ensure the project remained aligned with development objectives, operational timelines, and budget expectations from preconstruction through delivery.
