Luxury multifamily community consisting of approximately 415 units across multiple four-story residential buildings in Chandler, Arizona. The project featured upscale amenities, high-end interior finishes, and lifestyle-focused common areas designed to serve the growing Southeast Valley market. Wood Partners served as the developer and general contractor for the project. Tyler served as Senior Project Manager overseeing project execution, while Victor assisted with project buyout and subcontractor coordination during preconstruction and procurement efforts.
