Sage Dugas served as Superintendent and Victor Fowler as Project Manager, both acting as representatives for Mill Creek Residential in delivering this complex and high‑profile project.

The development faced several challenges, including restricted site access, intricate architectural facades that merged seamlessly between structures, and a mix of 17 distinct unit types, some featuring upgraded finishes. Additionally, strict ADA and FHA compliance requirements added complexity to design and coordination. Through experienced leadership and careful planning, Sage and Victor helped guide Modera Reserve to successful completion — a visually striking, well‑executed community that reflects Mill Creek Residential’s commitment to quality and innovation.

Project: The Tyler at Epicenter

General Contractor/Owner: StreetLights Residential

Role(s): Superintendent

Contribution: The Tyler is a 320‑unit podium‑style multifamily community located in Gilbert, Arizona, developed by StreetLights Residential. Sage Dugas served as Superintendent, representing StreetLights Residential in the delivery of this complex mixed‑use project.

Designed with 12 distinct unit types, multiple exterior façades, and ground‑floor commercial and retail spaces, the project required careful coordination between residential construction and tenant improvement contractors. Sage worked closely with these teams to manage site logistics, maintain project schedules, and ensure the successful completion of the exterior façades and commercial build‑outs. His hands‑on leadership and technical expertise were key to delivering a cohesive, high‑end product that reflects StreetLights Residential’s attention to detail and design quality.
